上海杨浦区定海桥社区，是当地动迁政府口中的“难题”、上海“边缘”一样的存在，这片社区有历史悠久的自建棚户区和充斥大量外来务工人员的老工人新村。这里具有丰富的多样性，苏北族群和外来打工者聚集，新建的高档楼盘、时尚中心前后环绕。生活在这里的人们有自解放前后就在的当地居民，也有近十年来不断迁移离开故乡带着家中老小来到上海的工人，他们缓和了这个城市的老龄化，以既非城市又非农村的生活方式，在各劳动场域之间不断转换，共同塑造着当下城乡过渡时期的陌生的城市生活。 从成人的角度来看此处物质条件十分艰难，当地人也会自称这里是：“穷街”。但生活在这里的儿童仍然用他们的想象力把这里变成自己的游戏场，艺术家邀请住在定海桥社区的十位儿童参加此次社区剧场的创作，通过他们表演叙述出社区故事，带领路人们通过儿童的视角来重新看待这片地域。 

Dinghaiqiao Community Theater

Dinghaiqiao community has a long history of self-built shanty and a large number of migrant workers gathered in the old village workers. The physical conditions here are very tough from an adult point of view, but children living here still use their imagination to turn this into their own playground. I invited ten children living in Dinghaiqiao community to participate in the creation of this community theater. Through their performances, we narrated community stories and led us to revisit the area through children's perspectives.
