“These ten sets of paper works present contemplation during the creating process of my recent theatre work. With the theme of disembodiment, this series probes into the absence of subject, the fading of perception, and the paucity of body expression as human beings in the over-accelerated modern society. The series is also an audacious exploration of the approach to resume the uncertainty of the human body and experience, and the possibility of presenting the body's extensible space as a social sculpture in the public space.” -Wang Ziyue
